EBIO Final Event to be held at NWBC 2024

The EBIO project is set to reach its grand conclusion organizing a final event on October 16th, 2024. This event will be hosted as part of the Nordic Wood Biorefinery Conference (NWBC) 2024, which will take place in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, starting from October 14th.

The Nordic Wood Biorefinery Conference (NWBC) 2024

The NWBC is a highly anticipated conference, known for presenting annually the latest discoveries and innovations in the field of bio-based materials and technologies. This year’s conference, themed “From Science To Transition,” will bring together researchers, innovators, and industry leaders to focus on the commercialization of forest biorefineries.

In addition to the main conference, participants will have the opportunity to engage in side events, including a visit to RISE’s new pilothall at the Bioeconomy Arena, scheduled for the afternoon of October 14th.

The EBIO H2020 Project Final Event

The EBIO H2020 Project’s final event, titled “Green Chemistry Approaches for the Wood Industry“, will take place as side event of the main conference on October 16th from 09:00 to 12:30. This session will include presentations from PhD students and other members from the project’s consortium. Download the full agenda below:
